Top 5 star hotel with over 200 rooms in East Sussex seeks an experienced Housekeeping Trainer to ensure the highest standards are maintained within the department. Applicants must have proven standards of excellence within a similar environment and come from a current role where they are overseeing and traning the housekeeping teams within that property. Experience at a hotel that is 3 stars or above is essential. Reporting to the Executive & Head Housekeeper. You will be overseeing the training and development of 25 full time employees and 44 occasional employees.
